Pianist Julie Lewis is a favourite on the West Country jazz scene. Citing Keith Jarret and Stevie Wonder as some of her strongest influences, she is a stylish and fluent pianist said to display a deceptively effortless approach to improvisation. She is playing a mix of standards and her own compositions – and also contributing some vocals.
