Belladonna: Lesley, Gaynor, Gill & Magdalena
Lesley, Gaynor, Gill & Magdalena got together to form female acappella (mostly) group Belladonna in 2008, and are gaining a reputation as performers. As well as having an ever-expanding repertoire of songs – anything from madrigals to pop, jazz, folk & world, including many of their own arrangements – they are working on producing a CD and a website, and are developing a whole evening’s show. Belladonna will be doing two sets – the first predominantly world/trad/folk/gospel etc, and the second with feelgood popular songs from the 1930s on, from the jazz & pop world.
